Commercial Terms

• Minimum order: €500
• Free shipping on orders over €1,200
• For orders under €1,200, shipping costs will apply depending on the destination country/region.

Tax Conditions

• European Union countries: with a valid VAT Number, invoices will be issued without Spanish VAT as an intra-Community transaction. If a valid VAT Number is not provided, Spanish VAT (21%) will apply.
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: orders will be invoiced without Spanish VAT, as they are considered exports. Any customs duties, import taxes and other customs-related charges applicable at destination will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Terms

• Pre-orders / seasonal orders: 30% deposit to confirm the order and the remaining 70% before shipment.
• Restock orders: new customers are required to pay in full upfront. Returning customers may be eligible for 30-day payment terms, subject to prior approval.

General Terms

• Returns are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error and must be reported within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
• CAMILA CTG’s RRP, promotions and sales policy applies.
• Physical retail sales are permitted only at previously authorised locations.
• Online sales are not permitted unless exceptionally approved in advance and in writing by CAMILA CTG.
• Territorial exclusivity may be granted, subject to a minimum order of €2,500 per season, and will be reviewed at the end of each season.
