Returns

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so we invite you to make an exchange or return within 15 days of receipt of order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.

If you need to request a change of size or model, you can do it for free.This option is valid only in the Iberian Peninsula.

The exchange process consists of two parts. First we wait to receive the garment to be returned in the warehouse, and upon arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new size requested, which you can receive in the following days.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange of size.for more help with this management, please contact us at info@camilactg.com and we will tell you the steps to follow.

You have 15 calendar days to request a refund* from the date you receive the item. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

You can request either a full refund for the product or store credit for the value of the item to use on our website.

Once we receive the item you wish to return, we will refund the amount of the product (excluding shipping costs, which were not charged initially and will be deducted from the total amount).

If the entire order is returned, the shipping cost for the original delivery (which was free when placing the order) will also be charged.
