How to place an order?

Although we always check our stock, exceptionally it may happen that at a certain time a product is out of stock. If this happens after your request and one of the items you order is out of stock or there is an error on our website, we will contact you to offer you a solution.
If this happens after you have placed your order and one of the items you request is out of stock (for whatever reason), we will contact you to offer you a solution.
If you decide that, as one of the selected products is not available, you are not interested in the rest of the purchase, we will proceed to cancel the shipment and refund your money.
If you prefer to wait, we will send you the rest of the items you have requested and when we have available the pending item we will send it to you, in this case the costs of this second shipment will be paid by us. If the item is definitely out of stock, we will refund you the full amount.
Delivery
Delivery times are calculated in working days, and may be altered by local or national holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no pick up or delivery service, a circumstance that must be taken into account in the calculation of delivery dates (CAMILA CTG) and / or return (user / consumer / buyer).
In periods in which special circumstances occur (special dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events, etc.), shipments may suffer some delay. Thus, we will deliver the product by transmitting its material possession without any delay, except for the aforementioned, and within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation (art. 66.1 bis, Law 3/2014 of 27 March). Otherwise, the product will be shipped within the time indicated on the website, depending on the payment method you have selected (home delivery by MRW or pick up at the premises).
Deliveries at specific and concrete times are not guaranteed. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date, or within it, shows preference for a specific time slot, it will be understood that he/she does so as a guideline. CAMILA CTG shall communicate this circumstance to the carrier so that, as far as possible, it complies with this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility.
When an order has left our offices to be delivered to the customer, we will have no possibility of recovering it. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will refund the money paid for the order, but not the shipping cost.
The price of the product and the price of the transport are always detailed separately.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you (provided in the "observations" section of the website) acquires material possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Impossibility of delivery
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery charges (CAMILA CTG reserves the right to assess each specific case), within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated.
6.2 Immediate delivery
If you have opted for on-site delivery, you may either pick up the order personally (for which you must present the order number and your ID card) or appoint another person to pick up the order on your behalf, in which case, the latter must present the order number together with his/her ID card (i.e. the ID card of the appointed person).
The user/consumer/buyer must contact us in advance by phone or email to schedule the time and date of delivery.
Price and payment
In relation to the Value Added Tax (VAT), the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of the Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item in question.
The prices indicated below each product are total (VAT included) and only the shipping costs for each destination must be added. Prices are shown in Euros. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times, and are valid only in the open session. In the order confirmation information, prior to the buyer's acceptance of the transaction, the prices of each of the items chosen are clearly specified, as well as the delivery costs that will be applicable to the transaction and the promotions or discounts that, if applicable, may be applicable.

Transport
The delivery of the orders will be made through a transport agency. The orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore, CAMILA CTG does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be carried out as a consequence of inaccurate or incomplete data or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to the absence of the addressee. In the event that delivery cannot be made to the address designated by the buyer, the transport agency will try to make the delivery again as soon as possible, and in case of failed delivery, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be refunded the money paid for the products, but not the cost of transport.
We recommend to designate correctly the place of delivery, you can provide us with your business address or the address of a friend or relative. In relation to deliveries to hospitals, public institutions and other properties where there are restrictions on access to the general public, CAMILA CTG does not guarantee that they are made directly to the recipient, being fulfilled the order and released from liability when the order has been made available to the recipient at the reception of the establishment or in that place that performs the functions of access control.
The price of the product and the price of transport are always detailed separately. The rates are calculated by the amount of the order, in case the order exceeds 90.00 euros, the shipping costs will be free of charge. However, in the case of a purchase in which the shipping is free, if a partial return is made and the total is less than the minimum to obtain free shipping (90.00 euros), the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.
The shipping costs do not include possible additional costs for customs and taxes, which will always be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or in case the goods making up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form attached to these Conditions, but its use is not compulsory.
Consequences of withdrawal
Once we receive the product in our warehouses and we verify that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made.
You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we have been informed of the withdrawal decision. Please note that when paying by credit card it is likely that your bank will not show the refund amount in your balance until the following month.
We may withhold the refund in two cases:
Until we do not have the product in our premises.
Until you have sent us proof of having initiated the return process.
Unless you return the goods in our store or via a courier/courier managed by us, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Common provisions
You shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract the subject matter of which is the supply of any of the following products:

It is very important that you return the product(s) to us perfectly packaged. If the product(s) are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Except for manufacturing defects, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on products already used.
Size exchange
In the cases in which you consider that the size of the purchased product does not fit your needs, and without prejudice to the right of withdrawal that you have legally and contractually, you may request the change of size by sending an email to the address info@camilactg.com, indicating the size for which you wish to change the first purchased product, provided that (i) it is the same product and (ii) the purchased product keeps the seal intact and is not included in any of the cases of the previous section "Common Provisions".
Whenever there is a variation with respect to the price of the first product purchased, CAMILA CTG shall not refund or pass on to the consumer or user the difference in price.
Once the size change has been requested and the delivery method has been selected from those indicated below, you must deliver the product (i) at our store or (ii) through a courier/courier that we will send to the address you have indicated. You must in any case deliver the product without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date of the exchange request. Neither of the two options will entail any additional cost for you.
In the case of deliveries in our store, you must deliver along with the article the ¨ticket¨ or ¨comprobante¨ that you will have received attached to the shipping confirmation, which is also kept in your account on the website and you must present it, either in digital format through the screen of your mobile device or by providing a hard copy.
This new order will be governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, including the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Remember that, once 14 days have elapsed since the request for the change to the indicated email account, without you having returned the product purchased in the first place through the means that CAMILA CTG makes available to you, we shall be entitled to charge you the costs corresponding to the new order placed, subject to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.
Returns
Procedure for a return:
Send us an email to info@camilactg.com following the steps indicated on the Shipping and Returns page. We can also send you an email with the steps to follow for the return.
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and if necessary, the shipment of the new product.
If payment is made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card (see term in Common Provisions).

Return of defective products
In the cases in which you consider that at the moment of the delivery the product does not adjust to the stipulated in the contract, you will have to contact us immediately through our contact channels facilitating the data of the product, as well as of the damage that suffers, or calling by telephone to the number +34 678 569 413 where we will indicate you the form to proceed.
We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the product (if applicable) is appropriate. Whenever there is a variation with respect to the price of the first product purchased, CAMILA CTG will not return or pass on the difference in price to the consumer or user.
Once the change of size has been requested and the delivery method selected from among those indicated below, you must deliver the product (i ) in our store or (ii) through a messenger/Courier that we will send to the address you have indicated. You must in any case deliver the product without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the request for change. Neither of the two options will entail an additional cost for you.
In the case of deliveries in our store, you must deliver together with the item the "ticket" or "proof" that you will have received attached to the confirmation of shipment, which is also kept in your account on the website and you must present it, either in digital format through the screen of your mobile device or by providing a printed copy.
This new order will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions of Contract, including the relative to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Remember that, once 14 days have elapsed from the request for the change to the indicated email account, without you having returned it through the means that CAMILA CTG makes available to you, the product purchased in the first place, we will be authorized to pass on the costs corresponding to the new order made, subject to the provisions of the General Conditions of Contract.
Returns
Procedure for a return:
Send us an email to info@camilactg.com following the steps indicated in the page Shipping and returns. We can also send you an email with the steps to follow for the return.
Once we receive the product in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product.
If you made the payment by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card (see term in < a href="#common-dispositions">Common provisions).

Returns of defective products
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels, providing the details of l product, as well as the damage it suffers, or by calling the number +34 678 569 413 where we will indicate how to proceed.
We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate. p>
The return will be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
Warranties
As a consumer, you have rights and warranties granted by law. Any commercial warranty is in addition to and not in lieu of or in limitation of these rights. In addition, there are consumer protection groups or agencies that have websites and other information that may be helpful to you in knowing your rights.
All items carry a warranty.
Defects or defects due to improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not included in this warranty.
Responsibility and disclaimer of liability
Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, our responsibility in relation to any product purchased on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
We will not be responsible for any Non-compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any of the assumed obligations, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Cause of Force Majeure").
The Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and among others, the following:
a) Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war.
c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence , epidemic or any other natural disaster.
d) Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
Notifications
The notifications that you send us must be sent through our email address info@camilactg.com. We can send you communications either to the e-mail or to the postal address provided by you when placing an order.
It will be understood that the notifications of CAMILA CTG have been received and have been correctly made in the moment they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email has been sent, or three days after the postage date of any letter.
Duration of these Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these General Conditions of Contract at any time, so we recommend that you consult them frequently.
We will keep you informed of the substantial changes made to them. The modifications introduced will not be retroactive and, with possible exceptions depending on the specific case, will be applicable after 30 days from the date of their publication in the corresponding notice.
If any clause included in these Conditions was declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said clause or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting these Conditions in everything else.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The use of our website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that current legislation recognizes as such.
