How to place an order
To make a purchase, you have to add each of the items you want to the “shopping cart” using the “ADD TO CART” option. Next, you have to log into your account, or register and then log in. You will then see both the payment and shipping options available. Finally, and in order to make the payment, it is very important that you fill out the form provided with all the required data/fields.

The data sheet for each product details its availability. If, when searching for one of our products, the website informs you that we do not have the item you want, you can contact us to order it or to find an alternative that satisfies your preferences and needs.
Although we are constantly updating our stock, on occasion, we may run out of a certain item. If this occurs after you place your order and one of the items you purchased is sold out or there is an error on our website, we will contact you to offer a solution.

Deliveries at specific times are not guaranteed. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date, or within said date, specifies a preferred delivery time slot, this will be approximate only. CAMILA CTG will communicate this request to the carrier so that, to the extent possible, it can comply with this instruction. CAMILA CTG accepts no additional obligation or liability.
Once a parcel leaves our premises for delivery to the customer, we cannot retrieve it. If a customer wants to cancel an order once it has been shipped, we will refund the price of the items, but not the shipping costs.
The price of the item and the price of delivery are always detailed separately.
If for any reason we are unable to make the delivery date, you will be informed and we will give you the option of continuing with the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the total price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, the “delivery” is deemed to have been made once you or a third party designated by you (in the “remarks” section of the website) take(s) possession of the products, which will be certified by signing the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.
If 15 days have elapsed since the first delivery attempt and the delivery has not been made through no fault of ours, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue with the contract, which we will consider terminated. If the contract is terminated, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of the delivery costs (CAMILA CTG reserves the right to consider each case separately), within 14 days from the date on which we deem the contract to have been terminated.
If you have opted to collect your order at the store, you can do so personally (you will have to provide the order number and ID) or designate another person to collect the order on your behalf, in which case said person must provide the order number together with their ID.

Price and payment
In relation to Value Added Tax (VAT), VAT at the applicable rate in Spain will be charged if the delivery address is in Spain. The VAT rate that is in effect at the time for the item in question will be charged.
The prices indicated below each product include VAT, and only the shipping costs for the destination have to be added. The prices are shown in euros. The prices and conditions shown are only valid for as long as the browsing session is open. The information confirming the order, prior to the buyer’s acceptance of the transaction, clearly specifies the prices of each of the items ordered, the delivery costs applicable to the order and any offers or discounts that may be applicable, as appropriate.
The published prices may be revised and changed at any time if required by the circumstances, although any potential changes will not affect the orders for which an order confirmation has been sent.
If there is a misprint in any of the prices shown and a customer places an order based on said misprint, the customer will be informed of this and be allowed to cancel the order at no cost.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal, as the methods of payment.
We guarantee the security of the transactions. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out in a secure environment.
Likewise, we inform you that any credit card data you provide will not be stored in a CAMILA CTG database, but will be processed directly by the bank’s payment gateway.
The orders will be delivered by a transport agency. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer. CAMILA CTG assumes no liability if the delivery cannot be made as a result of an inaccurate or incomplete address or if the recipient is absent when a delivery is attempted. If the order cannot be delivered at the address provided by the buyer, the transport agency will attempt to deliver it again as soon as possible. In the event of a second failed delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the customer the money paid for the products, but not the shipping cost.
We recommend providing a reliable delivery address, which may be your place of work or the address of a friend or relative. In relation to orders sent to hospitals, public entities and other buildings that restrict access to the general public, CAMILA CTG does not guarantee that they will be delivered directly to the recipient. The order is deemed fulfilled and CAMILA CTG is released from liability once the order is made available to the recipient at the building’s reception desk or wherever the facility’s access control services are provided.

Right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer and user, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

Consequences of withdrawal
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same method used to make the payment.
You will receive the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. Please note that when paying by credit card, your bank will probably not show the refund amount on your balance until the following month.
We may withhold the refund in two situations:
Until we have the product in our store.
Until you send us proof of having initiated the return process.
Unless you return the goods to our store or through a courier/shipper arranged by us, the direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by you.
You will not have the right to withdraw from a contract whose purpose is to supply any of the following products:
– Personalised items (intimates), Intimate items, which include: panties and bikinis (undergarments), sealed for hygiene reasons. Any such items must be returned unopened.
Your right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item using or including all of its original packaging.
It is essential that the item(s) be correctly packaged when returned. Products that are damaged as a result of inappropriate packaging will not be accepted for return.
Save for manufacturing defects, we will not accept exchanges or refunds for products that have been worn/used.

As long as the price is the same as that of the initial product purchased, CAMILA CTG will not change the price charged to the consumer or user.
Once the size exchange has been requested and the delivery method has been selected from those indicated below, you must return the product (i) to our store or (ii) through a courier/shipper that we will dispatch to the address you have specified. You must in any case return the product without any undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the exchange request date. Neither option will incur an additional cost for you.
In the event of in-store returns, you must show the receipt or proof of purchase – which you will have received with your order confirmation and that is also available in your account on our website – either in digital format on the screen of your digital device, or by providing a printed copy.
Once we receive the item in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same method used to make the payment and send the new product, as appropriate.
If you make the payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card (see period in point 9.2).

Returns of defective products

The return will be made using the same method of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

Every item has a warranty.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material, or wear and tear caused by normal use, are not included in this warranty.

Liability and disclaimer
Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
We will not be held liable for any breach or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations assumed herein if it is due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Causes of Force Majeure include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the following:
a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war.
c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
d) Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
f) Acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

Notifications from CAMILA CTG will be deemed to have been received and properly made once they are posted on our website, 24 hours after sending an email, or three days after any letter is postmarked.
We will keep you informed of any substantial changes made to these Terms. Any changes made will not be retroactive and, with possible exceptions in specific cases, will go into effect 30 days from the date they are published in the corresponding notice.
If any clause included herein were to be declared totally or partially null or ineffective, said nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect said clause or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the remaining Terms remaining in effect.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The use of our website and contracts to purchase products through said website shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of our website or to said contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If you make a purchase as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect your rights as such recognised by the applicable laws.
